Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of My Signal Board (the “Service”), available at mysignalboard.com and related domains. By creating an account, starting a trial or subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

My Signal Board is a market intelligence product that provides a composite market climate score, category and pillar breakdowns, underlying metrics, daily signals and related dashboards and educational content. The Service aggregates and organizes publicly available and licensed market and economic data. It is designed to help you understand market conditions — not to predict future prices or guarantee investment outcomes.

2. Not financial advice

The Service is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in My Signal Board constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, cryptoasset, fund, or other instrument. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Investing involves risk, including loss of principal. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and should consult a licensed professional when appropriate.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Accounts

You may need an account to access parts of the Service. You agree to provide accurate information (such as your name and email), keep your credentials secure, and notify us promptly of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Paid plans (including monthly trials and annual subscriptions) are billed through Stripe. Plan prices, trial lengths, and promotions (including free or paid trial offers) are shown at checkout and may change for new purchases. Unless canceled, subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rate for your plan.

You can cancel or manage your subscription from your account settings. Cancellation typically takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then unless we state otherwise. Trial offers may require a payment method on file; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged according to the plan terms presented at checkout. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by us.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to access non-public areas, scrape at abusive scale, or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer or resell the Service except as allowed by law
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
  • Share your login in a way that circumvents plan limits

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to protect the Service and users.

7. Intellectual property

The Service — including software, design, branding, scoring methodologies, dashboards, and original content — is owned by us or our licensors. Underlying market data may be owned by third-party providers and is subject to their terms. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes while your subscription (or authorized trial) is active.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties such as Supabase (authentication and data), Stripe (payments), Meta (advertising measurement), PostHog (product analytics), and hosting providers. Your use of payment flows may also be subject to Stripe’s terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or their independent processing of data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SCORES, SIGNALS, METRICS, OR OTHER OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, TIMELY, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSES.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your investment decisions, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. Material changes to paid plans will be communicated as required by law or your subscription terms.
